Aimee Francis, the dynamic rock-country artist hailing from Melbourne, Australia, is set to captivate audiences with her latest musical release, ‘SLEEPLESS MIND’.

Her musical journey has taken her across the globe, performing at renowned festivals such as Dinah Shore in America, L Fest in the UK, SXSW in Austin, and The Edinburgh Fringe Festival in Scotland.

Now, Aimee is excited to announce the release of her new single with her brand new live band, The Midnight Hours in tow.

Made up of a huge voice, soul-filled songwriting, deceivingly intricate rhythms and a touch of soaring fiddle with rock leanings, The Suburban takes the sounds of mid-90s pop-rock with folk, country and alternative music and combines it with raw emotion and lyricism.

Tapping into the sounds and styles of artists including LIVE, Counting Crows, Dave Matthews Band, The Smith Street Band, Matchbox 20 and more, The Suburban brings honest, witty and deep articulate storytelling with soaring melodic hooks, singalongs, intense and joy to bars, basements, festivals and homes in every town that needs it.The Suburban has shared stages with bands such as Clint Boge (The Butterfly Effect) and Things of Stone and Wood. The Vendettas are a guitar-driven, straight-up rock band from Melbourne, Australia.

Known for their signature tones and vocal melodies, there is also a clear influence from all the greats of this genre (with a definite Stone Temple Pilots / Black Crowes / ‘Exile On Main St’ type vibe) in their music.

The band has been a part of Melbourne’s rock scene for more than 10 years, mastering their craft to every beer-soaked wall and sticky floor the town has to offer.

The Vendettas have gone from strength to strength, securing their first international support with Danko Jones (Canada), while continuing to build their presence in the local scene, doing what they love, belting out rock n roll, the way it should be!

Do you like catchy alt-rock with far too many lyrics and an infectious sense of humour? Do you find yourself perpetually confused by the world at large, and panic at the thought of picking an entree off a convoluted menu under duress? If so, this gig is for you! Left North Left is a light-hearted alt-rock band with a penchant for whimsy and a surf rock meets post-punk meets 60s psych-pop sound. They’re joined by two similarly rad bands and have one goal in mind: deliver an evening of foot-bopping tunes that leaves you remarking “Hey, that was pretty nifty” and “Huh, I’ll never think of chatbots in the same way again.

This 4 piece rock band will pull some emotion out of you whilst making your head bob & your thoughts fly What began as an instrumental side/solo project while Eric was writing and recording music with his bands ‘Lake Monsters’ and ‘Hill Park’ evolved into more of a frontline focus when both bands took an unofficial hiatus in early 2015. Eric decided that even though these projects were taking a break, he still had music he needed to make. He wrote, recorded and released his first EP ‘Few and Far Between’ in August of 2015.

Since then, Eric has experimented with genres ranging from Folk to Anti-Pop to Indie Rock and anything you could think of in between. Currently, he’s working on songs with a more pop punk/indie/arena rock focus, with catchy Melodie, fuzzy guitars and big walls of drums, Little Theatre is finally becoming the outlet for releasing all the teenage angst that got Eric into music in the first place.

Shana is an indie pop singer-songwriter from Victoria who plays many gigs mostly in Bars, cafes and restaurants and has been busking for 3 years. Recently she played at the AFL Footy Festival and Melbourne Music Week as one of the top 20 buskers in Melbourne. She is in the process of recording and getting my music out there as well as building a fan base.

In his signature post-disco funk style, Ken Shing speaks universal truths from his unique perspective, discussing topics such as family values, celebrating queer love, and navigating the world as a queer person of colour.

Currently writing & producing his debut EP, his two newly released pop-dominant tracks 'In Any Universe' & 'Love Him More' are the perfect taster for what to expect from this artist on the rise.

Pretty Good Sofa is an Indie/Psychedelic rock project by Melbourne-based artist Lucas Pipolo which started in 2023. Blending his Pink Floyd and Radiohead influences in a unique brand of entertainment, fusing clean crunchy guitars and loud punchy drums with tight changes and lots of reverb. Featuring experimental guitar tones that teleport you back to the 70s.

After collaborating on several other projects, Melbourne singer/songwriter Jess Porter has teamed up with producer/songwriter Evan Lee (BLKLST) to form Secret Lung. Together they create a brand of 80s-inspired pop rock, with influences ranging from The 1975 to Tears for Fears via Silverchair.

2023 was a busy first year for the band, with a sold-out launch for frenetic and angsty debut single 'Phantom Limbs', plus performing at the BONEZ Festival. In 2024, expect plenty of new music with the next single 'Summer' dropping in May, plus an expanded line-up for a live show not to miss.

Baby Shower is a garage indie punk pop sometimes DIY lo-fi whatever three-piece from Naarm. Having shared the stage with local acts such as Teenage Joans, Bugs, The Pretty Littles and Cry Club amongst (probably) billions of others, they have well and truly cut their teeth on the rough-around-the-edges Melbourne music scene, often filling out venues as big as the Penny Black with their own headline shows.

They are celebrating their release of TWO new singles T's and C's and Manhunt with special guests Grass Stains and Daddy Issues at The Penny Black on Thursday, March 28!

James Atkins is a solo cover musician and singer/songwriter from Melbourne who plays folk rock songs and also hosts Open Mic nights.

The Lonely Boys are one of Melbourne's best-known classic hits bands, guaranteed to get you grooving as they play the greatest songs of the 60s, 70s, 80s and beyond!

Dais_y is an indie-pop artist both singing covers and originals. Daisy, the main singer, is accompanied by guitarists, drummers and more. Her 2023 release, Trust Me, was a small taste of pop-soul, with more songs to be released in 2024. Join Dais_y for a singalong and boogie! 

Melbourne band Dopplerhaus was formed in 2021. The five-piece bonded over a shared desire to write music through collaborative improvisation, developing ideas and feelings into songs with unconventional structure and sophisticated arrangements. Vocalist and guitarist Dougal Gaunt plays alongside guitarist Luke Sinisgalli, bassist Arlo Rostirolla, drummer Sam Marks and keyboardist Lachlan Bray. The Dopplerhaus sound revolves around relentless, hypnotic grooves and sonic experimentation - they combine FX-heavy exploratory guitar tones and synth-based electronica with driving drum patterns and hooky basslines.
