Maia Toakley and her band are on a roll. Hailing from the inner-west of Sydney, they are packing the 2006 Corolla wagon to the brim and hoping it makes it to Brunswick. Intimate ballads and pop-rock-bangers, Maia’s debut EP ‘Reverie’ has captivated audiences at packed-out headline shows and received radio play on Triple J and FBi. After performing on the same lineup as one of her musical idols, Missy Higgins (Unwind In The Vines), as well as opening for artists such as Sons Of The East, Kingswood, Adam Newling and Maple Glider, Maia Toakley has no plans to slow down anytime soon.
